Rachel M. Ellet

Rachel M. Ellett, nee Rodgers, 80, of Mascoutah, IL born April 9, 9131 in Gorham, IL died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012 at Terrace on the Park (Grange Nursing Home), Mascoutah, IL.


Rachel was a retired seamstress for the Martha Manning Dress Factory where she worked for 27 years and a member of St. John U.C.C., Mascoutah, IL.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Ellett who died Jan. 26, 1989, a daughter, Cynthia Jo in infancy, a son, Phil, her parents, Allan and Mary, nee Franklin, Rodgers, and a brother William Rodgers.


She is survived by a son, Tony (Rhonda) Ellett of Mascoutah, IL; a daughter-in-law, Penny Ellett of Mascoutah, IL; 13 grandchildren, Richard, Samantha, T. J., Charles, Nathan, Jack, Luke, Brad, Brian, Andy, Robbie, Jordan, Jarred and Ethan; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Charles (Karen) Rodgers and Carl (Pat) Rodgers, both of Ava, IL.

Funeral: In accordance with Rachel’s wishes, her body will be cremated and there will be no visitation or services.
