Patricia L. McFadden, 46, of Mascoutah, IL, born Dec. 28, 1964 in E. St. Louis, IL, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2011 at her residence.
Patricia was a medical secretary.
She was preceded in death by a brother Brian and her grandparents.
She is survived by her sons, Anthony Richkas of Overland Park, KS, Michael Richkas of Swansea, IL; fiancé, Donald Bagby of Mascoutah, IL; her mother, Carol, nee Randolph, McFadden and special friend Joe Klages of Fairview Heights, IL; her father, Michael (Cindy) McFadden of Greenville, IL; a sister, Melissa (Robert) Porter of Mascoutah, IL; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be given to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
Visitation: friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Monday, Aug. 15, 2011 at the Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, IL.
Funeral: funeral services will be held at 8 PM Monday, Aug. 15, 2011 at Moll Funeral Home with the Deacon Richard Bagby officiating. Following the funeral ceremony, Patricia’s wishes were to be cremated.
