Steven G. Cameron, 51, of Belleville, IL formerly of Mascoutah, IL, born December 3, 1957 in Belleville, IL, died Monday, August 3, 2009 at his residence.
He was a drywall installer and a member of Holy Childhood Church, Mascoutah, IL.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy G. Cameron.
He is survived by his son, Kyle Cameron of New Baden, IL; his mother, Thiry E., nee Haas, Cameron of Mascoutah, IL; two sisters, Debbie (Roger) Sunderman of Mascoutah, IL and Donna Cameron of Mascoutah, IL; nieces and nephews, Susan and Sarah Sunderman, Kyle, Kelsi and Konnor Huffman; maternal grandmother, Olivia Haas of Mascoutah, IL; also survived by aunts and uncles.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 5 Schiber Ct., Maryville, IL 62062.
Private graveside services will be held Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Holy Childhood Cemetery in Mascoutah, IL with Msgr. Jerome Hartlein officiating.
