Rose Boller

Rose Boller, nee Siroky, 100, of Mascoutah, IL, born Feb. 22, 1908 in Bohemia, died Thursday, Mar. 27, 2008 at the Grange Nursing Home, Mascoutah, IL.


Mrs. Boller was a homemaker and a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Mascoutah, IL.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer H. Boller whom she married in Belleville, IL on Mar. 5, 1928 and who died May 8, 1979, her parents, John and Magdalena Siroky, and three sisters, Marie Hirth, Anna Alexander, and Hermine Kolar.


Rose is survived by two sons, Wayne Boller of Mascoutah, IL, and Howard (Patty Tinoco) Boller of Smithton, IL; a granddaughter, Kimberly (Steve) Pope of Alton, IL; three great-grandchildren, Steven, Deanna Lee, and Clayton Wayne Pope.


Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ.


Visitation: friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday, Mar. 31, 2008 at St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah, IL.


Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Mar. 31, 2008 at St. John United Church of Christ with Pastor Donald Wagner officiating. Burial will be in Mascoutah City Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
