Marsha M. Blount

Marsha M. Blount, nee Munoz, 59, of Mascoutah, IL, born May 7, 1953 in Miami Beach, FL, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Marsha was a member of St. Martin of Tours Lutheran Church in Mascoutah, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Agnes, nee Juergens, Munoz; and her husband, David Blount whom she married at Scott AFB on Aug. 24, 1972, and who died Oct. 28, 1972.

She is survived by two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law, Buford Blount, Robert Blount, Lisa Blount, GG Blount, and Susan Stacy.

In lieu of all other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Martin of Tours Lutheran Church, Mascoutah, IL. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting mollfuneralhome.com.

Visitation: There will be no visitation.

Memorial: Graveside services will be held 9:45 AM Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO. Memorial services will be held 9 AM Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at St. Martin of Tours Lutheran Church in Mascoutah with Rev. Wayland Middendorf officiating.
