Oscar E. “Junior” Reinneck, 88, of Mascoutah, IL, born Dec. 8, 1924 in Mascoutah, IL, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at MarKa Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.
Oscar was a retired grain farmer, formerly employed by Engelmann Township and also formerly employed as a union painter; he was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah; Moose Lodge #815, Mascoutah; St. Clair County Farm Bureau.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Rose, nee Eckhardt, Reinneck whom he married in Okawville, IL on Dec. 11, 1954 and who died May 5, 1997, a daughter, Mary Jean Reinneck, his parents, Martin O. and Alma, nee Funk, Reinneck, a son-in-law, James Young, and a brother, Allen Reinneck.
Surviving are his daughter, Carol Young of Freeburg, IL; sons, Dennis Reinneck of Collinsville, IL and Glenn Reinneck of Effingham, IL; son and grandson, Jacob Reinneck and fiancé Sara Santen of Mascoutah, IL; grandchildren, Benjamin Reinneck, Katherine and Rebecca Young; great grandchildren, Dillon and Kaitlyn Reinneck; brothers, Robert (Phyllis) Reinneck of Glen Carbon, IL and Vernon (Carolyn) Reinneck of Belleville, IL; sisters, Shirley Martin of Shiloh, IL and Ethel Weber of Freeburg, IL; sister-in-law, Norma Reinneck of Mascoutah, IL; also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Moll Funeral Home, Mascoutah, IL; and from 9 to 10 AM Saturday, May 18, 2013 at St. John United Church of Christ, Mascoutah, IL.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday, May 18, 2013 at St. John United Church of Christ with the Pastor Earl Crecelius officiating. Burial will be in Mascoutah City Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
