Harvey K. Culli, 93, of Freeburg, IL born May 27, 1920 in Freeburg Twp, IL died Saturday Aug. 10, 2013 at his residence.
He was a retired lifelong grain and livestock farmer and also worked as a custodian for the Mascoutah School District 19. He was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Freeburg, IL and the St. Clair County Farm Bureau. He attended the Pleasant Ridge Country School where he met his childhood sweetheart and wife, being united in marriage for 70 years. Harvey loved to farm and hunt. He took great pride in planting and harvesting as a lifelong farmer. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. He will be sadly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theo and Louisa, nee Funk, Culli, a grandson, Brian Culli, a step grandchild, Kristie, and a brother and sister-in-law Roy and Ethel Culli.
Surviving are his wife, Marilyn L., nee Glauert, Culli whom he married in Freeburg, IL on Sept. 18, 1943; three sons, David (Shirley) Culli, Larry (Mary) Culli and Rick Culli, all of Freeburg, IL; five grandchildren, Angie (Mel) Callico, Jeff Culli and Dana, Chris (Dawn) Culli, Keith and Bridgette Culli; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Cletus (Lucille) Culli of Mesa, AZ; also survived by a wonderful church family and many friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013 at the Moll Funeral Home, Mascoutah, IL and Wednesday. Aug. 14 from 9 to 10 AM at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Freeburg, IL.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wednesday Aug. 14, 2013 at St. Paul’s United Church Christ with the Pastor Earl Crecelius officiating. Burial will follow in Mascoutah City Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
