William A. Quisenberry, Jr., 86, of rural Addieville, IL, born Dec. 18, 1927 in East St. Louis, IL, died Wednesday, Mar. 19, 2014 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
He was retired from Illinois Central Railroad; a retired carpenter; was a member of the Carpenters Local 480, Freeburg, IL; and served in the U. S. Army Air Corp.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William A., Sr. and Daisy Pauline, nee Millner, Quisenberry; his life-long companion, Loretta, née Kohl, Quisenberry; and a sister, Arline Utech.
He is survived by 3 daughters, Rebecca (Steve) Hildebrand of Henderson, NV, Berta (Syl) Becherer of Freeburg, IL and Rhonda (Ted) Hood of Mt. Vernon, IL; 4 grandchildren, William (Latoya) Jablonski, Janelle Jablonski, Eric Becherer, and Alex Becherer; and a great-granddaughter, Maecie Presswood.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Visitation: There will be no visitation.
Funeral: Graveside services will be held 10 AM Tuesday, Mar. 25, 2014 at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL with Rev. Mike Higgerson officiating
