Frances E. Hadfield, nee Santen, 91, of Belleville, IL, born Jan. 1, 1925 in Fairmont City, IL, died Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Terrace on the Park in Mascoutah, IL.
Frances was a retired clerk/secretary from the St. Clair County Courthouse.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank W. and Vera, nee Dalton, Santen, husband, John Hadfield, and two nephews, Randolph and Frank Santen.
Surviving are a brother, George “Pat” (Edie) Santen of Maryville, IL; a niece and nephews, Jeffery (Janet) Santen, Guy (Mary) Santen, Kim Sova, Patrick (Karen) Santen, Jeb (Amy) Santen; and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois, 305 S. Illinois, Belleville, IL 62220-2159. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting mollfuneralhome.com.
Per Frances’s request there will be no visitation or services.
