Clive A. Richter

Clive A. Richter, 90, of O’Fallon, IL formerly of Belleville, IL, born Nov. 14, 1926 in Mascoutah, IL died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at Cedar Ridge Health Care Center, Lebanon, IL.

He was a retired salesman from the food service industry; former member of St. Peter Cathedral in Belleville, IL; former member Knights of Columbus in Millstadt, IL; and a WW II Navy veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Mary, nee Haas, Richter; his wife, Catherine, nee Schrempp, Richter, whom he married in Mascoutah, IL on Oct. 29, 1946 and who died June 26, 2015; a daughter, Nancy Ksepka; four brothers, Raymond, Ronald, Walter, and Vernon Richter; three sisters, Katherine Strickland, Verna Milam, and Marguerite Raback.

He is survived by a son, David (Linda) Richter of Belleville, IL; a son-in-law, Andrew Ksepka of Hazel Green, AL; three grandsons, Scott Richter of Belleville, IL, Ryan Richter of St. Louis, MO, and Nicholas Ksepka of Hazel Green, AL.

Funeral: Private graveside services will be held in the Holy Childhood Catholic Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
