Martha J. Coleman, nee Underwood, 83, of Mascoutah, IL, born June 13, 1934 in Greenville, KY, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017 at the MarKa Nursing Home in Mascoutah.
Martha was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lucy, nee Rose, Underwood; a daughter, Kay Lynn Riess; two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Julius C. Coleman whom she married in Springfield, TN on Sept. 8, 1951; a son, George (Vivian) Coleman of Mascoutah, IL; son-in-law, Mark Riess of Mascoutah, IL; four grandchildren, Clarissa (Jeremy) Browning of Houston, TX, Dustin (Amber) Coleman of Florida, Nicholas and Hailey Coleman of Mascoutah, IL; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation: There will be no visitation.
Funeral: A private graveside service will be held in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
