Adrienne Kachinsky Villotti, 94, of Mascoutah, IL was born in eastern Pennsylvania, and died Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
She was a registered professional nurse for over forty years and served in the U.S. Air Force Nurses Corp. during the Korean Conflict.
She is preceded in death by, her husband of 65 years, Lt. Col. James S. Villotti, her son Eric, her parents, all her siblings, her precious daughter-in-law, and all her first cousins.
She leaves her two sons, Paul and John; three daughters, Anne, Lisa, and Mara, and all their families to remember our wonderful crazy military life together.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Women in Military Service in America, 200 N. Globe Rd., Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22203 of which she was a charter member. Condolences may be shared with the family by visiting mollfuneralhome.com
FUNERAL: A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah at 11 AM Tuesday, June 23, 2026, with Father Mark Stec celebrating. A private burial will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
