Daniel Louis Behrman, 66, of Oakdale, IL, formerly of St. Libory, IL, born July 17, 1959, in Red Bud, IL, died Thursday, March 12, 2026, at his home.

Dan was a retired lab technician for Empire Comfort Systems in Belleville, IL. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Elkhorn Hunting and Fishing Club and ATA Trap Shooting Association.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Marie, nee Greten, Behrman; three brothers, Donald, Norbert and Ralph in infancy, and a sister, Lucy Piper.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Barbara Lu, nee Sterns, Behrman; children, Heather (Aaron) Kent, Rebecca (Justin) Bolin, and Matthew (Amber) Behrman; grandchildren, Madelyn, Jayden, Paige, Jace, Jax and Ryder; brother, Stanley (Shirley) Behrman; sisters, Grace Connelly, Marlene (John) Schatte and Monica (Leroy) Leabo; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frederick (Linda) Sterns, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Phyllis Behrman, Deacon Frederick (Darlene) Sterns, Glenn (Malinda) Fehrman; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5 Schiber Ct., Maryville, IL 62062 or to St. Anthony Cemetery Fund, 6101 St. Anthony Church Rd., Oakdale, IL 62268. Condolences can be sent to the family by visiting mollfuneralhome.com.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 9 to 11 AM Saturday, March 21, 2026, at St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Funeral: A funeral Mass will be held 11 AM Saturday, March 21, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr. Chris Anyanwu and Deacon Fred Sterns celebrating. Interment will follow in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery.
