Dolores R. Shuksta

   Dolores R. Shuksta, nee Tillman, 95, of Mascoutah, IL, born Mar. 8, 1929, in Chicago, IL died Friday, Jan. 31, 2025, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’Fallon, IL. 

   Dolores worked for Pheonix Closures Inc. and for the Woodridge Illinois Police Department. She enjoyed playing bingo, rummy, and spending time with her family. 

   She is preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Maria, nee Lisewski, Tillman, her husband, Edward A. Shuksta, who died on Apr. 15, 2003, a brother, Pete Tillman, and a sister, Helen (Hank) Langbauer. 

   Dolores is survived by her son, Kenneth (Angela) Shuksta of Mascoutah, IL; two grandsons, Wesley (Rory) Shuksta of Tucson, AZ, Bradley (Nicole) Shuksta of Cherry Hill, NJ; one great grandson, Bentley Houser; step grandson, Trevor (Carrie) Juenger; step great granddaughter, Desdemona Juenger; a sister, Joan Jarzyna; and sister-in-law, Laurie Tillman.
