Jeremy R. Kuklinski

Jeremy R. Kuklinski, 34, of Fayetteville, IL, born July 3, 1983 in Belleville, IL, died Wednesday, Apr. 25, 2018 at his home.

Jeremy was a coal miner at Prairie State Generating Company.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Richard Strawn; and paternal grandfather, Raymond Kuklinski.

He is survived by his wife Jessica, nee Vogt, Kuklinksi; four children, Madison R. Kuklinski of Smithton, IL, Breanna R., Brookelynn R. and Mya R. Kuklinski, all of Fayetteville, IL; mother, Lisa L., nee Kuklinski, Strawn of Fayetteville, IL; two sisters, Rebecca Strawn of Darmstadt, IL, and Jordon Kuklinski of Fayetteville, IL; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Rodenberg of Fayetteville, IL; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
