Mildred R. Hulliung, nee Bechtoldt, 101, of Mascoutah, IL, born Sept. 8, 1923, in Belleville, IL died Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Mascoutah Rehab and Nursing.
Mildred was a homemaker, member of Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah, HCCCW, and a volunteer for ministry to the homebound for 19 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph E. and Agnes, nee Cordie, Bechtoldt, her husband, Edward N. Hulliung whom she married Feb. 13, 1945, and who died June 9, 1976, sisters, Loretta (Arthur) Haas, Margaret (Olyn) Schlichter, Dolores (Raleigh) Deeke, Helen Bechtoldt, brother, Joseph (Dolores) Bechtoldt and granddaughter-in-law, Dawn Culli.
Mildred is survived by her children, Kathleen (Eugene) Brandt, Mary (Larry) Culli, Edward (Beth) Hulliung, John (Deb) Hulliung; grandchildren, Dale (Sarah) Brandt, Gary (Angel) Brandt, Gina (Rob) Stambaugh, Mark (Kara) Brandt, Jeff Culli (Dana), Chris Culli, Jamie (Brock) Stein, Trisha (Bill) Klees, Shelby (Mike) Brennan, Jared (Jenny) Hulliung, Cory (Lorraine) Hulliung; great grandchildren, Derek (Kate) Brandt, Brandy Stambaugh, Bailey Stambaugh, Emily Cohen, Elissa Cohen, Luke Brandt, Annie Culli, Maddie Stein, Kenzie Stein, Kate Brennan, Adam Brandt, Halle Brennan, Augie Brandt, Jack Brennan, Josephine Hulliung, Samuel Hulliung, Audrey Hulliung; great-great grandchildren, Wrenley and Ryatt Brandt; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Donna Kenner.

FUNERAL: A funeral Mass will be held 10 AM Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Mascoutah with Father Paul Wienhoff celebrating. Burial will follow in Holy Childhood Catholic Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
