Philip T. Norman, 90, of Mascoutah, IL, born Apr. 24, 1935, in Detroit, MI died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at his home.

   Philip was a retired English teacher for Mascoutah High School and a United States Army Veteran.

   He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold B. and Agnus P., nee Perine, Norman.

   He is survived by his brother and numerous nieces and nephews
